Real Estate Portfolio Strategies
Telefónica’s workplace experience journey is about using technology to work in an increasingly fluid way. Our team helped them tailor their real estate portfolio to their future needs.

Work anywhere
Technological advancements and shifts in lifestyle and behaviour patterns are impacting when, where and how people work. Gone are the days when work was taking place only in an office. Today, people work at home, on the road and in third places.
To adapt to this shift and to maintain its leading position, Telefónica had to create a Real Estate (RE) portfolio that supports their people, now and in the future.
This project delivered a thorough strategy, envisioning the future of work and giving clear direction on how to leverage Telefónica’s RE in Germany, while at the same time supporting the shift from a network-based business to a digital-led organisation.
