Employee Transfers

Optimizing Nestlé's Employee Transfer Process:
A Focus on Enhanced Mobility and IT Efficiency

01
Understanding the Current State:
Service Delivery Analysis: We started by mapping out the current service delivery for national and international transfers, creating a comprehensive experience blueprint.
Insight Gathering: Through online interviews with employees and stakeholders, we identified key challenges, themed opportunities, and specific requirements for international transfers.

02
Prioritization of Initiatives:
Collaborative Design Thinking: Engaged with key stakeholders in a design thinking session to validate journey maps and prioritize improvement areas, aligning initiatives with identified themes.

03
Defining potential Solutions:
Developed a series of actionable work packages or concepts based on our findings, detailing activities, timelines, and ownership to implement solutions within the year.
04
Building the solutions
Progressed from low-fidelity prototypes to fully scaled solutions. Our team developed a new portal for employees to self-manage transfers and revamped end-to-end notifications, rigorously tested with end-users and stakeholders.
